I read that the wolf is waiting for an editor to come out or for the files to be decrypted, so is someone else other than him working on this and how long is it expected to be? Or are Konami themselves releasing an editor? Given the fact that they don't have as many licences as the FIFA series, I would have thought they'd have done everything in their power to make it as easy as possible to edit all facets of the game, but from what I've read so far they haven't done a great deal. Seems a bit strange to me if they've encrypted the files to make it harder. Anyway, I'm just curious.

PS Tristan mate, which file is the 'we love United' chant, coz I don't and I want to change it as it appears too often in my dutch league. Thanks for the patch Wolf. However, (.oh my.here we go with the bitchin'.) there are some sound 'issues' with this patch. First of all, the game goes completely silent sometimes (always?) just before the players are about to enter the pitch.
And, another thing: there are a lot of problems with the sound-consistency for the new chants. The sound-quality varies a lot between the different chants, sometimes. You go from poor quality low-volume 'entire-stadium' sound to crisp clear high volume 50-people chanting sound (probably only experienced this while playing with Milan, though). It might be worth normalizing the sound-levels a bit for these samples, and maybe even downsample the sound that sounds 'too good' to give more consitency to the sound. Some sounds feels quite out of place right now. And, one more thing. This is probably just me, but I kind of liked the new tune (which is replaced by the Champions League theme) that were played when the players entered the pitch.

It really felt like a good Pro-Evolution theme to me. Never the less. I'll keep playing with this patch (probably just with a little lower volume than the original game, though. Hehe)I think that Wolf's patches have always been the best for PES3, but they are starting to take on the shape of a total conversion, with music, background GFX etc. As switalski says, the crowd chants are very uneven in quality, so I prefer the Konami versions. So I was wondering if there is a patch that only.ENHANCES.
the realism of the game (Kits, Adboards, Stadium) and doesn't change the Konami PES4 feeling - it's becoming too much with the Rock'n'Roll music, etc If no-one is doing this, then I might consider making a 'PES4 Enhanced Realism' patch (when the tools are available). Or perhaps Wolf can save me the work, and release a version, since he's already knee-deep in the data files. Thanks Biker Jim for the info.
I know there is a kit editor included in the game, but it isn't exactly user friendly, as is the case with any of the editing (no keyboard still - unbelievable ), and it doesn't allow for placing sponsorship logos or badges on the kits. I would have hoped that Konami would make it as easy as possible to edit things as they are obviously unwilling to pay the cash for all of the necessary League licences - the only thing that is worse in PES than the FIFA series. It makes no sense to me that they make it hard and encrypt the files too - surely there are no legal ramifications for them for making it easier to edit the kits and everything else?
