Rated 5 out of 5 by Winnibigoshish from Great Game (Based on completed game & bonus) Nice 'rainy day' game. Not too challenging, which is just what's needed sometimes, but I had to use my thinking cap with some of the puzzles (I like to try to figure them out without reading the directions first. Weird, huh?). Best aspect, for me, was that this game has lots of HO scenes!
I love reviews that say 'too many HO scenes', because then I know that I'll enjoy the game. Kudos to devs for the twist of playing as two characters, at the end.

He was one of the greatest illusionists of his time and he had two apprentices. Their names are Roger Addington and Joseph Thurman.
During all their trainings Thurman and Addington were competing for their master’s heart. But when Charles Galdor died, their competition reached a completely new level – they became rivals! Now during the last of Thurman’s show he died in the fire or not? This is a real cliff hanger of a story that will engage you until the conclusion.
The voiceover lip sync was the best I have seen in a long time and the bonus play is worth choosing the CE along with the usual achievements/collectables etc. I hope the series continues, this can't be the finale for this awesome trilogy. Rated 5 out of 5 by j62janet from Loved it One thing I loved was the English accents, the graphics were also very good, the only criticism I have is, although the map is interactive, for me it wasn't in depth enough, when you are in the castle and the mansion, the map doesn't say where there is a place you have to be, other than that, it's great. The bonus game, doesn't have a map at all, and you have to keep changing characters, you have to find an article, to end the game fully. Great game, great story, and the ending, turns out to be unsuspecting, I never thought it would be!!!! This is fun, easy, relaxed gameplay. I love this game, both the main game and the bonus chapter. I like the nostalgic graphics and found them charming. The graphics are less sophisticated than what you might find from some developers. However, I like these types of graphics.
I compare them to the original Disney cartoons which were hand drawn and more appealing. The later Disney cartoons rely heavily on CGI and have lost the character and soul that came through in the hand-drawn illustrations. That’s how this game felt to me. I enjoyed this storyline. The music and voiceovers suited the story and never became annoying for me.
I really liked the HOPs, but if you don’t want to play them, you can choose to play solitaire instead. The solitaire that is available in each HOS is pyramid solitaire. You clear the pyramid by removing pairs of cards that total 13. The HOS’s were very easy and so were the puzzles. I didn’t have to skip any puzzles, and I almost always have to skip at least one. (The puzzles were more challenging in the bonus chapter.
There is a guide, and I had to consult it on one of the bonus puzzles.) The game never became frustrating, and I appreciate that. I really dislike games that become frustrating since I mostly play to relax. My favorite part of this game is the bonus content in the collector’s edition. The bonus content includes 6 different games of solitaire, and I love solitaire.
The games of solitaire include: Pyramid, Baroness, Golf, The Wish, Monte Carlo, and Accordion. Pyramid is the same game available in each HOS throughout the main game and bonus chapter.
Baroness is similar to it, in that you clear the table by removing pairs that total 13, but the setup is totally different. In Golf, you’re clearing the table by moving all cards to the foundation. The sequence is one up or one down. In The Wish game, you remove cards from piles in pairs. In the Monte Carlo game, you pair cards with adjacent cards.
In the Accordion, you have to consolidate the entire pack into one pile. I found it to be the most confusing one to figure out. This is the first game I’ve played where I liked the bonus content even more than the actual game.
How To Play Bluff Card Game
I usually remove a game after I’ve played it, but because of the solitaire games, I’ll be leaving this one on my computer for quite some time. This has now become my go-to game for solitaire. I like a bit of fantasy and challenge but am not the best thinker on the the planet. However this game was fun and not too hard for a dummy like me.
Lots of junk pile HOPs with slight interaction which I really dislike in general - however I found myself actually enjoying them. Must admit swopping to the card game quite often though which was also fun. I loved the game in general and was very impressed with the story handled in the bonus chapter. Shades of Harry Potter! For someone like me to actually get all the achievements is unreal!
First time that's happened in a while. The circle puzzle which I had to skip in the main game worked fine in the bonus puzzles and I completed it there before I played the bonus game thus earning the non-skip achievement. The guide irritated me though- kept going back to the beginning. The morphing objects were very easy to spot and the map worked very well. Yes the whole game was quite short but for thinking out of the box and keeping me interested enough to keep looking - THANKS to the developers! Overall though I had a lot of fun and will play this game again without hopefully needing the guide at all Try it - you may be surprised how easily you get sucked into this magical world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sbechirian from Same style! The first overwiew of this game left me wondering. Is this a 2015 game? Because each year, you can witness the inprovements made in games. I didn't see much details making this game a game from this actual year. But- Trying, the other games of the series, I saw ressemblances in the drawing and making style of each game in the serie. I felt reassure.
